Roast Lamb:  72 lbs. spring lamb from Willow Side Meats (Santa Rosa, CA) with a chicken stuffed in chest cavity.  The above roasted on a spit over charcoal with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil infused with rosemary, oregano, parsley)

Vegie Salad: Cauliflower, Yellow Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Sweet Onion, Celery

  • Vinaigrette:extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, minced shallots, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning,  minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper

Mediterranean Salad: Cucumber, Sweet Onion, Feta, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, 

  • Vinaigrette: Red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper

Sherried Carrots: fresh carrots, peeled, trimmed, cut into narrow 2-inch sticks,  water, butter, Crushed RosemaryThyme, dry sherry,  brown sugar, salt

Rice Pilaf: Ingredients Basmati Rice,  Vermicelli, butter, avocado oil,  fresh parsley,  chicken broth

Bread & Butter: Semifreddi’s French Bread

Dessert: Seasonal Berries & Cream. 

Water and Juice will be provided.  The event is a BYOB.  I’m bringing a bottle of wine or two and cheese / crackers to snack on.
